The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 27,          
1994, calendar (page 3785), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 443(RES)                                                
"An Act relating to the confidentiality of certain records relating           
to fish and wildlife; and providing for an effective date."                    
                                                                               
Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
443(RES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of             
considering Amendment No. 2.                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Bunde objected and withdrew the objection.  There               
being no further objection, it was so ordered.
